After receiving the dress, the customer sent us this message:
My dress arrived and it is great! The size is almost perfect. Thank you so much and the rest of the team at Jasmines's.
And we have replied that:
The purple dots? should evaporate by themselves after a few days. If you are in a rush to remove them, then please brush them gently with a moist and clean tooth brush. Spray a little bit of pure alcohol on the spots first will help to remove them faster :)
The only thing is a blue dot on the fabric. Is there a way to remove this? I think I recall some posts on wedding bee about it.
